For hygenic reasons your pet is not permitted in our dining-room.

Cancellation policy / payment conditions:

In case of no-show whole travel sum will be charged at all times.
Always send your confirmation in writing and dated.

In case of cancellation:
more than 30 days for arrival:  free of charge
between 14 days and 30 days: 5% of travel sum will be charged
between 7 days and 14 days: 35%  of travel sum will be charged
between 3 and 7 days: 60%  of travel sum will be charged
between 24 and 72 hours: 85% of travel sum will be charged
less than 24 hours: whole travel sum will be charged 

If you wish to make use of our Hotel cancellation insurance:
less than 30 days for arrival: free of charge
between 7 and the 30 days of arrival: 10% of travel sum will be charged
less than 7 days for arrival: 20% of travel sum will be charged

Payment conditions:
If requested, you are obligated to pay your room in advance. In all other cases you are
obligated to pay on arrival.
We will charge 3% transaction costs for creditcard payments.
